Most California journeys land between $150,000 and $275,000 all-in. That covers surrogate compensation, our agency fee, clinic and medical costs, independent attorneys for both sides, insurance, escrow and travel. The range is wide because clinic pricing, insurance and the compensation your surrogate sets all vary — once we have your inquiry we itemise your own numbers and walk you through them on your consultation, rather than quoting you an average.
Because it produces better matches. A surrogate who named her own rate and had it respected starts the journey trusting the people around her, and she is far less likely to withdraw. You see her rate before you ever agree to a match, so there is no renegotiation later.
Matching typically takes one to three months, and the full journey from match to birth runs about 12-18 months. We do not pad that estimate to win your business. If our current roster does not suit your timeline, we will say so.
California is among the strongest surrogacy jurisdictions in the United States. Gestational surrogacy agreements are expressly enforceable, and intended parents can obtain a pre-birth parentage order so both parents are named on the birth certificate from day one. This applies regardless of marital status, sexual orientation or genetic connection to the child.
Yes, and not as an afterthought. We are a Black woman-founded boutique agency built around families that larger agencies have historically served poorly, including same-sex couples, single parents by choice and families of colour. California law gives all of them the same parentage protections.
We take on fewer families at a time on purpose. That means the founder is on your calls rather than a rotating coordinator, your questions get answered the same day, and nobody is pushing you toward a match to hit a monthly number.

In many cases, yes. We will coordinate with your current clinic and attorney if you already have them, and suggest partners if you do not.
