A short application covering your health history, pregnancy history, and what you are looking for.
- 2Screening
A conversation with our team, followed by medical and background screening.
- 3Matching
We introduce you to intended parents whose expectations line up with yours. You decide whether to move forward.
- 4Agreement and medical
Your contract is explained and reviewed before signing. Then you begin the fertility and medical steps, with the clinic.
- 5Pregnancy and delivery
You receive support throughout, and your boundaries stay in place for the whole journey.
Who this is for
- You are between 21 and 40 years old.
- You have carried at least one healthy pregnancy to term.
- You are parenting or actively co-parenting your own child.
- You are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- You do not smoke, vape, or use nicotine or recreational drugs.
- Your height and weight fall within clinic guidelines, which we check in the first two minutes.
Requirements can vary by case, and a clinic physician confirms final eligibility. If the quiz says you are not a fit today, we tell you why rather than leaving you guessing.
Your compensation, in writing
$60,000–$100,000
A total across the journey, not a base rate. It includes the base rate you set plus monthly allowances, and bonuses and extras paid as they apply — an experienced-carrier bonus, twins, a C-section, travel, childcare and lost wages. Every medical and legal cost is covered on top. Your own total depends on your experience, the rate you set and what your journey involves.
You are paid for your time, your health, and the pregnancy you carry. We do not hide the numbers or add fees to them. You set your own base rate, and we take it to intended parents without negotiating it down. Monthly allowances, travel, childcare and lost wages sit on top of it, and every medical and legal cost is covered.

Yes. Your medical decisions stay yours. Your boundaries are written into your agreement and discussed during matching, so intended parents know them before they commit.
Yes. Many of our carriers are single parents, and many are mothers of young children. We plan around your life, including childcare and work, and we include that in the matching conversation.
You will. We share profiles and speak with you first. You can say no at any point, and no one will pressure you into a match.
You can withdraw from the process. Your agreement explains how that works, including what applies to your medical steps, so you know exactly where you stand before you sign.
