As a Black mom, I understand the importance of seeing others who look like you in every stage of building your family. Too many families of color have felt invisible in the surrogacy space. I founded OFG because the surrogacy industry needed more diversity, more representation, and more culturally competent care. This isn't just our mission — it's baked into everything we do, from how we recruit surrogates to how we match families, to how we hire our team.
